HoloAstro, LLC (“HoloAstro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.holoastro.com (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit the Website or communicate with us, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
The Website does not currently provide user accounts, newsletter subscriptions, or contact forms operated by HoloAstro.
We display our company email address so visitors can contact us. If you email us, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including:
Your name and email address;
Your organization and job title, if included;
The contents of your message;
Documents or other attachments you send; and
Any other information you choose to provide.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your communication.
When you visit the Website, HoloAstro and the service providers supporting the Website may automatically process technical and usage information. Depending on the services and settings in use, this information may include:
Internet Protocol address;
Date and time of access;
Pages, files, or resources requested;
Referring website or source;
Browser type and version;
Device type and operating system;
Approximate geographic location, such as country or region;
Website performance and loading information;
DNS queries relating to the Website’s domain;
Security events, suspected automated activity, and malicious-traffic indicators; and
Other technical information transmitted as part of an ordinary website request.
This information is generally used to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and understand use of the Website.
The Website is created and hosted using Google Sites. Google may automatically receive technical information when you access the Website, such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, requested page, and the date and time of your request.
Google’s collection and use of information are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We use services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (“Cloudflare”) to manage portions of the Website’s domain and Internet infrastructure.
Depending on our Cloudflare configuration and the services enabled, Cloudflare may provide:
Domain Name System (“DNS”) services;
Network routing and reverse-proxy services;
Content delivery and caching;
Website security and protection against malicious traffic;
Bot detection and traffic management;
Performance monitoring;
DNS, traffic, and security analytics; and
Other network-infrastructure services.
If the Website’s records are configured as DNS-only, Cloudflare generally processes DNS requests but does not route the Website’s HTTP or HTTPS traffic through its network. If Cloudflare proxying is enabled, Website traffic passes through Cloudflare before reaching the Website’s hosting provider.
In providing these services, Cloudflare may process network and request information such as Internet Protocol addresses, request dates and times, requested domains or resources, browser and device information, approximate location, referral information, security-event information, and data concerning potentially malicious or automated traffic.
Cloudflare may make aggregated traffic, performance, DNS, or security statistics available to us through its dashboard. Depending on our account, plan, and settings, more detailed logs may also be available.
Cloudflare processes information according to its agreements with us and its own privacy practices. More information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website and to improve its content and performance.
When Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect information such as:
Pages viewed and interactions with the Website;
Approximate geographic location;
Referring websites or sources;
Browser, operating-system, device, and screen information;
Dates, times, and duration of visits; and
Pseudonymous identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies.
Google states that Google Analytics receives Internet Protocol addresses during data collection but does not log or store those addresses in Google Analytics. Google may use the information it receives in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices. More information is available in Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
We do not use Google Analytics to intentionally collect names, email addresses, or other information that directly identifies individual Website visitors. We do not currently use Google Analytics advertising features for remarketing or personalized advertising.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or related Cloudflare analytics services to understand Website traffic, performance, and usage.
Depending on the service enabled, Cloudflare analytics may provide information such as:
Page views, visits, and requests;
Referring websites;
Requested Website paths;
Country or approximate region;
Device type;
Browser and operating system;
Website loading and performance measurements;
Bandwidth usage;
Traffic patterns; and
Security or bot-activity patterns.
Cloudflare describes its dedicated Web Analytics product as operating without cookies. Other Cloudflare security or traffic-management services may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies when necessary to provide those services.
Google Sites, Google Analytics, and certain Cloudflare services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. They may be used to:
Provide and secure the Website;
Manage network resources and traffic;
Distinguish legitimate visitors from malicious or automated traffic;
Remember preferences;
Distinguish one browser or device from another;
Measure Website traffic and engagement;
Diagnose technical or performance problems; and
Provide other functions necessary to operate the Website.
Cloudflare may place cookies that it considers strictly necessary for security, bot detection, traffic management, or other requested network services. These cookies may appear, for example, when Cloudflare performs a security check or verifies that a visitor is not an automated threat. More information is available in Cloudflare’s documentation concerning Cloudflare cookies.
Cloudflare Web Analytics itself is described by Cloudflare as cookie-free. Google Analytics ordinarily uses cookies or similar browser identifiers unless configured otherwise.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain Website functions, interfere with security checks, or prevent your visit from being included accurately in analytics.
Where required by applicable law, you may be given an opportunity to accept or reject nonessential analytics cookies. You may also prevent your activity from being made available to Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We may use information collected through the Website or received through email to:
Operate, deliver, maintain, and secure the Website;
Route Internet traffic and provide access to the Website;
Protect the Website against fraud, malicious traffic, bots, abuse, and security incidents;
Diagnose technical, availability, and performance problems;
Understand how visitors find and use the Website;
Measure Website traffic and engagement;
Improve the Website’s content, design, and performance;
Respond to questions, inquiries, or requests;
Communicate with potential customers, collaborators, reporters, researchers, or other contacts;
Maintain appropriate business and security records;
Comply with legal obligations; and
Protect our rights and the rights, property, or safety of others.
We will not use personal information for materially different purposes without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Following one of these links may allow the third party to collect information about you. HoloAstro does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or platforms. Email communications may be retained for as long as they remain relevant to our business relationship or records.
Analytics, DNS, network, security, and performance information may be retained according to our settings and the applicable retention practices of Google, Cloudflare, or another service provider. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for longer periods when it can no longer reasonably be associated with an individual.
You may choose not to provide information directly to us. However, we may need certain information to respond to your request.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as the right to:
Request access to information we maintain about you;
Request correction or deletion of that information;
